Allerding and Associates was formed in 2006 by Steve Allerding. It culminates over 20 years of Steve's experience in his various roles and senior positions in local and state government, as senior policy advisor to two former planning ministers, and as a partner in private practice.

Allerding and Associates is a dynamic town planning consultancy owning a diverse range of skills and experience. It holds a keen statutory planning focus supporting its design and advocacy roles with a genuine desire to provide a very high level of client service.

Allerding and Associates has five professional planning staff with two administrative staff and a draftsperson. We provide a professional, courteous and efficient consulting service, based upon our considerable experience within the complex land development industry. Collectively our staff has over 50 years experience in town planning in private practice, state and local government. The expertise and skills of our team reflect our focus and commitment to providing a professional, personalised planning service to projects.

The range of services we offer is in accordance with the guidelines set by the Planning Institute of Australia (PJA) with certified CPP. Our staff and have received awards from PIA in 2007 and the Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA) in 2009 for our planning contributions to projects.

Allerding and Associates operates out of its own established office premises in Subiaco where we have been located for the past two years.
